Hi Roz, I you also have a great day :)  I am working today, first Sunday in a long while.  I am a little upset about the scale this week, last week I lost 5 lbs and this week I gained them back :?/
I was on steroids a couple of weeks ago for my asthma and upper respiratory infection, so that may be the issue b/c I haven't changed my diet.

thank you :)  I had a stricture and was on liquids for several months, I also lost 50 lbs preop

I'm progressing very slowly.  I continue to have slight pain from the surgery, and my left side is very, very tender.  I will probably eat more yogurt and then try some mashed pinto beans....

After my RNY I had terrible pains in my left side but the Surgeon said there wasn't anything on that side to hurt so he said it was probably pulled muscles.  He said I might have done it just by getting in and out of bed.

Just keep getting your fluids in and rest.
