Thanks Gina!  We had a great party and DD told a few people she was pregnant so she must be feeling reassured from her Dr. visit.

Sounds Good Gina!

Woo hoo. that sounds great.

I drove Chili this morning then went for a walk around the loop. This was the first time I have done that. It's a mile with some rolling ups and downs. I did fine and it is great to know I can do it. I like going to the gym but it isn't open on Sat (7th day adven.) and I can walk in the time it takes me to drive there and back, much less work out.

protein decaf coffee 45g
eggs, cheese
chicken, cabbage, zuccinni stirfried
lemon tea protein 23g

Woo Hoo to your news too!  I'm so glad you are starting to walk and thinking about exercising again!  This has been a long road for you and I'm so happy that the 2nd operation has helped.

Great variety today!

Thanks Tonya! She told a few people at the party yesterday which really surprised me.

I love Olive Garden's soups and if I could only just eat a couple bites of the breadsticks I'd be able to go there....LOL

Good Menau!
