what do you do with?????
Ground turkey. Turkey burgers? Taco bake? I was going to cook some tonight and couldn't come up with anything I really wanted to do with it so I'm looking for new ideas.

I made some turkey mini and regular size muffins. Use any recipe for meatloaf and just adapt it to what we can eat and divide the meat into the muffin pan. I used grated carrots, onion, and zucchini one time, and another time I used broccoli slaw. I didn't use bread crumbs, but used a small amount of oats and an egg. They turned out pretty good. The veggies help to give the muffins the needed moisture.
Next time that I make the meat muffins, I'm going to use ground buffalo, which is less fatty than ground beef and is quite tasty.
Taco bake sounds good.

You've probably solved your dinner dilemma by now. For next time how about Vietnamese Chicken Lettuce Wraps but with ground turkey instead? There are lots of recipes of this on the web, including Perdue. The ground meat is cooked with chopped up veggies, an Asian sauce is added, and the mixture is put into a crisp piece of lettuce and served like a taco. I've yet to make them though I recently purchased ground chicken to do so. They are a favorite of my family when we eat at PF Chang or Pei Wei restaurants.

those both sound good. My guys would have to have a torlilla instead of a lettuce leaf but goodness knows, lettuce is coming out my ears in the garden.
