 Great menu Mandy!!  I would much rather be busy at work, it makes the day go by much faster.

 Just wanted to say its great to read how you're supposed to eat. I'm not ready yet but I was worried no veggies and all protein. Is great it's not I love veggies. 

Whats a roadside lemonade????  

Keeping my fingers crossed first appointment with surgeon on Monday.

 I love salads and veggies too.  I do the protein shakes so I can have a little variety sometimes.  Most of what I eat is protein first because it keeps you full longer, but occasionally I have to have some good veggies.

You can join us on here anytime you like.  We have had several pre surgery people post.

Sorry I did not answer about the roadside lemonade.  It is a protein that some of us put in water and drink.I like the syntrax nectar lemon tea in water with crystal lite lemon tea stick and crushed ice.

You can get samples of different types of protein from vitalady.com

Don't buy the big containers until after surgery because usually your taste will change some.

 Swinging for Roz's DD and baby!!

B:  protein coffee 28 g
L:  protein bar 23 g
D: 3 sausage stuffed mushroom caps and 3 oz prime rib.  Yummy!!  40 g and 2 bites of chocolate chip skillet with ice cream.  Extra Yummy!
