Water/Fluids:  60 ozs
Miles:  None today

So far I have had only cereal and milk... not feeling hungry today so I guess I will just ride the 'not hungry wave' for now.

Do you have to get so much protein in like we do?  Do you do the protein drinks or just get yours with food?  Are you still getting adjustments or are you at your "sweet spot?"

I know it sounds like I have lots of questions!! Just curious...

Hey Linda ---

Swinging and praying for roz's family. I can't imagine how nervous they must feel.

We have a weekend of soccer and fun planned. Going to finish laundry and cook tonight. Can't wait until 4pm!! Have a good one!!!

it's beautiful here but the garden could use some rain. I got the rest of the flowers in the ground this morning and just have beans left to plant. Drove Poppy and have been doing paperwork. I'm starting to get caught up on the client stuff, then need to start balancing check books.

I've been hungry all afternoon. Trying to make good choices and be sure I am not just thirsty.

Hi guys,
Went to the farmers market today and bought more grass-fed beef. I also ordered a 20lb combo package for next week. 1/3 ground beef, 1/3 roasts and 1/3 steaks. 

Hoping all went well for Roz's DD.
