Drove Chili this morning and got some work done. Did groceries, ordered protein, bought a new swim suit. nothing special but it fits better than the last one.

I got out of the habit of m&m for a few weeks, but I'm back. I've done better with protein drinks and now have a protein bar periodically to help keep it up.

L: 6" cheesesteak hoagie with extra cheese (I only ate 3 bites of the skinny part of the bun). 28 g
D: steak and spinach. 39 g
