Welcome to the LW Board.  Feel free to post anywhere here.  We are a very friendly group and love new people.  We have all types of WLS also.

If you want to, go to the main page and introduce yourself.  I'm not sure if everyone reads this thread everyday.

WELCOME!!   We welcome Everyone to post on our board!  The difference in  being a Lightweight is that we usually have around 100 pounds to lose and we get to goal faster.  If you aren't a LW and that doesn't upset you then introduce yourself on our main board and join into our conversations.  We have a great group without the drama of a lot of the other boards.

White Carbs, sugar, pasta, are all evil!  At over 3 years out I'm beginning to realize how evil they are.

Good menu!

Welcome to the LWs.  Nothing you have to do, just join in as you like.  You can introduce yourself as a post if you like.  We welcome everyone, any surgery with around 100 lbs or so to lose.

Hope you are working on getting your protein up a little more.  I think you are early out but protein will help you keep up your losses and heal from your surgery.

Welcome :)  Be careful with the protein shots, they have a lot of collagen based protein in them and they are not absorbed as well after RNY.

Hi Roz & everyone!

Welcome to the new members - it's great to see new people come and give input.

Today I feel like I have been shot out of a cannon. I, too, am getting my eating back in line after Mother's Day, finals, grandson's birthday. Roz - I even had 3 protein drinks today!!!

Here's my menu - I just realized I haven't put on myfitnesspal yet so I won't have totals, but did pretty well.

B: Double stuffed cookie drink with milk - probably about 30 gms protein

S: Syntrax tea - 23 (?) grams protein

L: low carb bread, ham, tomato and cheese

D: steak, salad & potato salad (1/4 cup potato salad)

S: Syntrax tean - 23 (?) protein

I love this board!

Lynn
Thought I'd come back & add totals;
1,158 cal 63 carb 43 fat 123 pro 9 fiber

I haven't exercised since Saturday - I really am missing it. I'm going to try and get up early and exercise before my day starts so I can get it out of the way.
