Menus and Miles Monday May 14th
I agree, hurray for being back on routine. I went to the gym this morning and did my weights and 15 min on the bike. Then to the knee surgeon. He is ok with my progress but says I have to keep working to maintain what I have and maybe get a little more bend. Another 6 months of no pain, no gain. Yuck. Stopped at the Thrift store to reward myself and picked up 3 tops and a pair of pants for $14. Hurray.
Happy to be back on a food routine too. No junk here, thank goodness.

I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day. I have been MIA the past couple of weeks with finals, and unexpected family things that happened. All is well tho' - just didn't have enough hours in the day. This weekend had grandson's 4th birthday party & Mother's day - had way too many carbs!
Here is today:
B: egg & strawberries
L: 1/2 hamburger, mixed veggies & a couple of french fries
D: salad with blue cheese dressing
S: Syntrax tea
S: Double stuffed cookie protein shake - YUM!
Totals: 771 cal 43 carbs 31 fat 77 pro 6 fiber
I know I should have more protein today - just not hungry at all.
