Lunch: 1/2 Can Vegetable Soup
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 5 Saltines with Peanut Butter

Dinner: Grilled hot sausage (no bun)

Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Always list this but don't always have)

I had a really good Mother's Day too. I'm also glad to back to my routine! Houston's 4th birthday party is Saturday and I'm already dreading it. I'm really struggling with the sweets.
