Half way to Goal!!

Well, I'm finally 1/2 way to my goal! I've lost 45.5 pounds in 4.5 months and now have 44.5 pounds to go!!! WOW, it feels great. Just wanted to share.......thanks for listening.

Hurray, Hurray. The last half will be slower but you will probably be at goal around the 1 yr mark. Amazing journey, isn't it?

Great job Gail! Keep working your plan and be sure to measure regularly - especially when your weight stays the same for a while. Its a game at this point where if the weight stays the same your body will be shrinking - a good trade off if you can view it as losing something not just weight.
