Good Morning. Ruts, routines and special occasions
2 yrs is wonderful. I agree, maybe find something outside, biking or rowing or something. A new passion for the new little you. Now that I am driving again, I find it harder to get to the gym. Getting the horses ready and working them is some exercise but not what I need to really get a workout for me, they do all the work. I'm not ready to ride yet but that would be a better workout for me. Let me know what you find.

I swam after work today. I enjoyed it and it was a work out (I am slow!). The nice thing though
is two years ago I would look at the pool and want to swim but wouldnt due to my size. My body still isnt pretty but it is smaller and I don't care as much. I am working it and that is the thing I **try** to focus on. Tomorrow I turn 40....I am struggling with this birthday but am so grateful
for my health.
