I see a difference if I do not walk daily.

I haven't been doing as many spin classes for the past couple of weeks, but I have been consistent with the resistance and weight training. I also walked for 30 min at lunch, but I need to go back to more aerobic exercise. I was just shocked that it went up so much within just a few days. It may have been water, because I am down 2 pounds this AM.

Thank you for the feedback. It helps.

My lowest weight was 128..my goal.  For the longest time my weight ranged from 131-133,  Then the ranged shifted to 133-135, and I stayed there for a long time.  Now the range is shifting from 135-138 and even hit 140 a week or two ago.  That was THE wake up call.

Once my husband's schedule gets back to normal, I have to start my daily walks. It has been hit and miss for me.   That is the only real change in my lifestyle.  I have had quite a few days where I have eaten things I should not have, but I did not stay in that mode.  I've come to realize if I want to maintain my weigfht in the low130s, or even live at goal, exercise has to be a daily event...no exception.

I'm impressed.  You are very active and have incorporated quite a few exercises of varying degrees.  That has to make all the difference.

Total change +1.8
I've been gaining about a pound a day with this Gabapentin.  I want to gain but not like this.  I haven't changed anything about how I am eating.  I was worried it would make me hungrier or crave carbs but that hasn't been the case.  I'm just gaining.  My body fat isn't going up.  It hasn't done a thing for my headaches so I think I'm going to stop taking it.  I haven't been on it long enough to have any problems stopping it.  I'm glad I haven't had any other side effects that I have heard about, except I'm pretty constipated.  Not worth it to not even help my headaches.  In fact they seem even worse.  I know I am supposed to go up to a higher dose but I don't think that's going to happen.  I'm going to push for a nerve block I guess, or learn to live with it.  I wish they would just find out what is causing them.  Maybe then they could find a way to get rid of them.

Tazz, I am sorry it hasn't helped and I am very sorry you are gaining.

What they switched me to from gabapentin was Topamax, which 1) helped my pain and 2) helped me lose all the excess I had gained with gabapentin.
