This week: 123.8 (I did see 122.8 and 124.9 this week so I feel good about today).

I was scared to get on the scale this morning after a week of vacation - but I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased it is what it is.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I'm not sure what is happening. My eating has been good, but my aerobic exercise has been down. If I had been eating candy, cake, and other sweets, I could understand it, but I'm not sure. I'm not eating out, so it isn't sodium. Too much protein? I will cut out my calcium chews that have some carbs and sugar alcohols and eliminate the Quest bars and see what happens. Also, I will increase my aerobic exercise this week. I'm still logging and tracking my food. TOM isn't an issue, since I am post-menopause.
