Sunday Weigh In- Happy Mother's Day

I hope all the moms here have a Happy Mother's Day...and if you are LUCKY enough to still have your mom, make sure and touch base with her today. I wish I could call mine but the phone doesn't ring in heaven.

Anyway, last week: 123.2
This week: 123.8 (I did see 122.8 and 124.9 this week so I feel good about today).
Up .6 lbs.

I have no idea.   Yesterday I saw 121 but this morning 123. Maybe I'll claim 122. lol

I was scared to get on the scale this morning after a week of vacation - but I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased it is what it is.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

It IS scary seeing it go up not down, isn't it...but as long as it's in a range you are good with, it works.

This week:  113.1 lbs

UP 3.8 lbs

I'm not sure what is happening. My eating has been good, but my aerobic exercise has been down. If I had been eating candy, cake, and other sweets, I could understand it, but I'm not sure.  I'm not eating out, so it isn't sodium. Too much protein? I will cut out my calcium chews that have some carbs and sugar alcohols and eliminate the Quest bars and see what happens. Also, I will increase my aerobic exercise this week. I'm still logging and tracking my food. TOM isn't an issue, since I am post-menopause.
