Rebecca, I am no where near this issue yet, so don't have anything particularly relevant to say on this isssue, but wanted to thank you for posting this. I learn a lot from all of you guys out here and it's good for me to see where I am headed.

You look great and have come a long way lady!

Maybe a new mandra of "I look and feel great" or whatever works for you, to insert in your head when it begins harping on the 130 thing? All too often for me, it's all about what I am telling myself.

I've found that when my head starts whispering stupid stuff to me - about anything - mantras are waaayyy too nice! I just whap myself upside the head and tell it to shut up, and then do what I know works!

I have a hard head!
