There really isn't anything you can do really. Your skin has the elasticity it has...
And losing weight slower doesn't help in spite of what people say. If you lose weight fast, you get ahead of your skin's ability to snap back but it keeps snapping back after you are done losing and eventually catches up.
Exercise also doesn't help. At least not directly. It will help fill in the loose skin with muscle but it won't make the skin snap back or improve elasticity. (But it does a lot of other great things.)
Certain creams and lotions do help a little while you are using them. I like the Oil of Olay Regenerist line myself. I use it on my face not to be so jowly. It helps enough that I notice the difference, but I'm not 100% sure it's enough for other people to notice. That's okay. These days I'm all about pleasing myself.
