Lunch: 1/2 can Vegetable Soup
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 2 Pizza Chips
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no buns) with chili sauce, ketchup, and relish
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Always list this but don't always have)

Hot dogs sound good. We are having hamburgers and hot dogs Mothers Day so I have that to look forward to.
I ordered 4 different syrups from Davinci yesterday. Toasted Marshmallow, Cookie Dough, German Chocolate Cake and Peppermint Paddy. I have the chocolate and carmel. So I may be needing suggestions when they come in. I think it was Pam that posted one with Toasted Marshmallow that sounded good.

I have the Toasted MM and the Ger.C. cake. I don't do anything with them other than putting a few squirts in my Chocolate Protein Drink. I would be interest in some recipes too.
