You might try Biferra you can get it Walgreen's or you may have to see who might have it locally. You really want to think about ordering some Proferrin ES, heme iron. Not supposed to cause constipation at all. Vitalady carries it and you can order it from Proferrin's website.

ALT and AST can stay a little high after we lose weight too but add vitamin A to the list. Vit A can cause AST and ALT to rise. How much vit A (palmitate) is in your vitamins?
