It's Monday already. I'm down 1 more vacation pound this morning....1 more to go! I'm hoping I jump started myself and the pounds keep coming off. I've been making REALLY good choices and avoiding all sweets.

Great job on getting that vacation weight back off!!
If I had not had a meeting this morning and some other things I think I would have stayed home. I felt so tired this morning(didn't go to bed on time last night) I actually stopped and got some breakfast hoping it would help me feel better and it did.
