Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I'm down 2 pounds this morning.  I hope the last 3 come off just as easy!  Went Appliance and Carpet Shopping with DD#3 this today.  They got the roof on while we were gone....so exciting!

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

lol...definitely spending hers!  Over the last 3 years I have enjoyed them, housed them, and fed them but now I'm looking forward to having a little extra money and free time.

Hi Roz,
Glad you liked the Pizza Chips.  I've got to cook some more tomorrow.  Having trouble finding the crumbled beef so I browned some hamburger meat and will just use it tomorrow when I cook.

DH and I went and looked at RV's today.  I'm so excited, I've been trying to get him interested in buying one forever and I really want one for when we are retired and we can hopefully travel!!  We just looked today, but I found several that I really liked from their very small selection.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
Pre-Run:  1/2 graham cracker w/ reduced fat peanut butter
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Grilled Pork, 1 onion ring, spoonful of baked beans(just ate off DH's plate!!)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  1/2 graham cracker w/ Laughing Cow Lite Strawberry Cream Cheese
D:  BBQ Pork, turnip roots/onions, 1/4 whole wheat tortilla w/ cheese
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Water/Fluids:  125 ozs
Miles:  2 mile run this morning - washed my car this afternoon

DH hates to travel but I think camping would be fun.  If I told him we would go to the mountains and he could hunt all day I could probably talk him into it though.I hope you find an RV that you both like.
