Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I'm Back! Thank Mari for post M&M while I was gone!!! I gained around 5 lbs. so I'm happy to be home and back on my schedule. I'm sure some of it is swelling but I KNOW I ate too many sweets and skipped at least 1 Protein drink a day.

Our teams did ok but could have done better. Our most advanced team made it to the finals and placed 8th which is an improvement over last year. This was the World's Competition and was the BEST of the BEST.
Although 8th in the World is Awesome we were hoping for top 5.

The grandkids (and DD's) loved Sea World! We did Hollywood Studio again and although they had a great time they weren't as excited as last year. They are already planning next years vacation....LOL

When we got home DD #1 told us she was pregnant. She had a tubal last summer and then lost another one before Christmas. We are Praying this pregancy goes well.

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

WELCOME BACK ROZ!!!  We missed you.  Glad you all had a good time.  8th in the World sound pretty awesome to me.  I'm sure when you get back to your schedule those 5 pounds will drop right off.

Congratulations to DD#1, hope everything goes ok.

Little Willie is sick.  He has been throwing up since last night.  DH made him an appointment with the Vet at 2pm today.  Hope it is not anything serious....

Linda, How was the trip to the vet?  Do dogs get the flu? 

DD#2's family had a terrible case of the flu while we were gone.  It spread through her family and in-laws on both sides.  I'm so glad we weren't home.

After seeing the number on the scale this morning, I wasn't even tempted today to snack on anything.

 He is much better.  He got a shot, the vet thinks it is just a bug or something he ate outside.  He is forever eating odd things when we let him out and he is pretty quick!!

Hope all of your DD's family are better.  My DD was sick earlier this week second time in two weeks.  They ran some tests but all were good so he thinks it is a stomach bug she did not get over good the first time.

Thanks Gina....we did have a great time.  I hope DD#2 and family can go next year.  I felt kindof quilty have so much fun when I knew how much she would have loved being with us.  She loves Sea World.

I'm glad you had a good time.  I've been missing your posts and glad you are back !!  Congrats, 8th in awesome :) I had another dilation done yesterday and I'm very sore today :(
