Good Morning. Good support group last night

We went over our labs and such--what the lab measures are and what they might tell you, etc. She used Vitalady's targets as optimum levels and we talked about our various lab's ranges and why they're different....what could cause spikes or dips...good stuff. If you've got any concerns about your labs and can't seem to get a satisfactory answer, try asking here and we'll give you some uneducated guesses.
Reminder to get copies of your labs every time and post them to a spreadsheet so you can see how you might be trending. You want to stop trends going in the wrong direction before they get to be a big problem.

Y'all have a good one. What's on your to-do list today?

Thanks, Gina.  I know I rely on you guys to keep me straight on my lab stuff.

Chili has the day off.  I need to wash carriages, harness, pack the trailer, bake a cake to use in the trifle, pack food and be sure I have everything.  Pick up milk, etc.  Busy day here, leaving tomorrow am.

Sounds like it was a great discussion at your support group.

I need to clean the house today - let's see if it actually gets done LOL

I'm glad ur support group went well.  Sounds like this baby nut might not be too hard to train.

I'm back to work today.  I had an extra long weekend because I have to work this next weekend at the hospital.  My cold is much better so that's good.  DH is off to Orlando for a 2 day meeting and one day at one of the amusement parks.

Sounds like a very good meeting, Gina.

Not much going on here...did most of it yesterday, even down to washing puppies last night. House is clean, did bottom floor on Tues, top floor yesterday.

We will probably take the puppies to the dog park later today.

Sounds like a great meeting Gina.  You didn't have to do much persuading with this one did you, if she is already onto Vitalady's recommendations!!

Work today, need to finish up a few things.  Hoping the bank statements will all come in so I can get that out of the way today.  I'm getting a hair cut at lunch, it grows so fast and is soooo thick and hot...  Sometimes I think I should just cut it back off short - but I like it this length for now.

Hope to get a walk in this afternoon - no running today - got too hot yesterday and had to stop and walk.

Hope everyone has a great day today.

I like that length on you too, LOL.

I cut mine WAY short and while I do like it, it has a bad case of bed head when I first wake up...so a shower is critical to my looking HUMAN!

Thanks Liz.  I have to wash mine every morning also.  It was a lot worse in the mornings when it was short - sticking up everywhere-LOL!!

The only thing that worries me is she posts on a bariatric NUTs site and asks them questions. If she ever breathes Vitalady's name, or tells them what her patents tell her, they will likely attack her. Maybe I should warn her about that.
