 10 g sugar, 450 mg potassium, 120% Vit C, 10% Vit A , E and Thiamin and a few other things. I am chronically low on potassium so I drink some everyday.  I used to eat bananas every day, but I am afraid I will dump on them.

 Good morning!!

This is my 2nd day joining you all. :). I noticed half way through my day yesterday I'm grazing.  So today I'm concentrating on writing everything and having at least 2 hours between meals/snacks.  So well see how that goes.

It's been a pretty day here until just a few minutes ago. Now we have a lot of thunder and a little rain then the sun came back out. Glad I drove Chili this morning. Took a short walk around the farm. Need to be doing paperwork but can't get my mind into it.

S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - a few bites of celery and carrots w/range dressing
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - went out to Swee****er Tavern then support group--Milky Way martini (2), grilled fish and mashed cauliflower (YUM!)
