** Menus and Miles Monday April 30th **
When I was losing I only counted my protein. I honestly have no idea how many calories I was eating just mainly concerned with getting in all the protein. But I didn't eat very much. Now I don't know what to do. Count calories, count carbs or count protein. I hope others have a better idea to tell you.
Ht 5'7" -- HW 237/SW 237/GW 150/LW 138.6/CW 162
it's pretty here but warm. had a meeting this morning, then drove Chili this afternoon.

I have had a terrible headache all day :(
B-protein shake 1/2 choc and 1/2 vanilla unjury with silk light (this is all of the protein I have left, hopefully the UPS guy will deliver tomorrow !!)
S-cheese stick
L-greek yogurt with splenda and strawberries
S-grapes
D-marinara and hamburger meat with cheese and greek yogurt and a piece of garlic bread (ughh the devil)
S-protein bar
Water is a little low, trying to catch up
Vits-1/2 done
Miles-none today due to headache !
