I had a really busy weekend and did not get a chance to get on line very much.  Back to reality today!!

Hi guys,
I think I'm seeing a little progress on the scale this morning...starving today trying to help it along. lol Got great news back on my dexa scan. +.2 improvement in spite of being off the Fosamax this past year. I just increased my vitamin K2 to 600mcg a day.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - a few bites of celery and carrots w/range dressing
L - protein shake (30g)
S - nachos and fresh salsa
D - leftover brisket w/gluten free gravy and rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream

 Happy Monday!!

I'm starting my week out right and will be posting here! :)

S-coffee with creamer.  I'm looking for a better creamer option for my coffee cuz right now I'm mixing a bit of flavored creamer with some powdered creamer.  
B-2 slices Sarah lee 45 cal we bread w/1 tbsp pbutter 1 tbsp sugar free jam
S-ice tea lemonade protein 2 
L-3.35 oz hamburger not sure about the bun yet.  I'm gonna go for no.  :)

I use the Hood Calorie Count Down Milk.  It has a lot less carbs than milk.  Sometimes I use Fat Free Creamer also.

 I try and keep my carb around 70 and protein over 100.  But I'm never sure what to do with calories.  Should I be counting them and if so how many should I be aiming for?   I would  like to lose another 20 pounds or so.
