Frustrated & back on track
Hi Everyone,
I used to be a regular here...did wonderfully. Over the past year, and many life changes, I have become that person I swore I wouldn't be and gotten lazy and put weight back on....I could give you all the reasons but they don't really matter.
I am coming up on my 3 year surgiversary and I would like to get the 20 lbs. I gained off. I have moved away from my surgeon and do not have ANY support in my new city as the programs here won't allow me to attend support since they did not do my surgery
So I hope to find the support I need here to get back on track...as you all were wonderful before.
Thanks!

Hey Pamela - good to ssee you back!
I too lived where the local bariatric office wouldn't give me support, since I didn't have my surgery there - know how that is. The way my Dr put it to me was - you have an emergency - go to the emergency room and they CAN'T deny you treatment...
but - that doesn't take care of all the inbetween times.
Glad you're back - I've hung around, but did drop off and on for a bit there - I too am no longer the model for WLS... but am trying to get back there.
