It's starting to slow down a bit, but that's to be expected.  I've lost a bit more than 15 pds since surgery a little over two weeks ago--I'll take it!

Just hanging around here.   It's been a pretty busy week so I have missed a few meals here and there, plus I have decided to cut out sugar free candy for now since I tend to just pop them in my mouth mindlessly and I don't care for the side effects, if you know what I mean.  Same thing with popcorn.  Too easy to sit and eat an entire bowl without thinking about it.  It's okay as an occasionally treat but I decided to cut it out as a regular snack.  I have also been too lazy to make my protein cookies lately so my eating has been pretty boring lately.

I need a swift kick...every time I approach my goal, I slack off and eat off plan.  I cannot figure this out.   Subconsciously I will not let myself get there.

If I bounce down to 130, I let the carb monster out... I want to get over that hurdle as well.

That is it exactly...carbs.  I allow my self to start eating carbs. Then the scale pops, the cravings begin, and the cycle starts over.

Oops - thought I posted today - I made sure I got on the scale this morning.

Since I'm not a consistent "weigher" for the weekly weigh-ins, I forgot where I was last time..

I was 132 this morning

which I'm not complaning about...

Earlier this week I saw 134...

I'd like to see the 120's again...

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
