It's lovely here too. I've been getting paperwork and shopping done. Driving Chili later but I have to get some mowing done. He is swimming in the deep grass.

Hi guys,
It is beautiful here as well. Got my last Six Sigma test completed, put a brisket in the oven to slow cook for 6 hours or so, tanned for 10 minutes and babysat the youngest grand baby this afternoon...we took a nap together in the recliner. :)

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

2nd B - bacon, egg, grits and protein coffee (30g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - Protein shake (30g)
S - nachos w/fresh salsa

I had a great Sunday :)  Family and I cleaned the house and went through closets :) We watched a movie and took a nap.....back to the grind tomorrow :(  This is my procedure week, one more dilation (hopefully), tomorrow I go to PAT and have EGD on Thursday.  Please keep me in your prayers.
