Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!


Roz has this on her page every day and it is great advice.  Thanks ROZ!  I have a dentist appt today and a sonogram on my thyroid this afternoon.  It's 20 miles out of my way to go home inbetween so not sure how I will kill time, or eat.  I'll take an Atkins bar with me, not sure what else I have time to pack.  That's a good idea, I'll pack some Fage and fruit, an egg, good thinking Mari LOL!!!  Everyone have a great day!

My typical start...the same things each day, but I love them.

Breakfast:  protein shake (@ 4am...so I'm not sure what to call it actually)
Snak:  fage yogurt, 2 dates, small handful of walnuts and < 1 oz sharp cheese
Lunch:  left over stuffed bell pepper
snack:  fage  yogurt
dinner:  ???


yesterday was a very bad day.  I actually sort of binged on unhealthy food.  I had a stressful situation, and I responded with food.  I'm gennerlly very angry with myself if  I do that, but I did get out and walk 2.5 miles in spite of that blip in my behavior.  Today is a new day.

Maybe there was some lightweight bad karma around yesterday.  My tummy never did feel right after my pain pill upset.  Doing better so far today.  Drove Chili and have gotten a little caught up on paperwork.  Meeting this afternoon.  Sun is shining and that makes life better.
