Roz has this on her page every day and it is great advice. Thanks ROZ! I have a dentist appt today and a sonogram on my thyroid this afternoon. It's 20 miles out of my way to go home inbetween so not sure how I will kill time, or eat. I'll take an Atkins bar with me, not sure what else I have time to pack. That's a good idea, I'll pack some Fage and fruit, an egg, good thinking Mari LOL!!! Everyone have a great day!

yesterday was a very bad day. I actually sort of binged on unhealthy food. I had a stressful situation, and I responded with food. I'm gennerlly very angry with myself if I do that, but I did get out and walk 2.5 miles in spite of that blip in my behavior. Today is a new day.
I'm so glad it is Friday!!
