I had to travel for work today so I haven't been on line. Long day at work.

L: 1/2 chef salad w/ some kind of peppercorn dressing(not what I thought it was going to be- so I didn't use hardly any of it.

It was rainy here this morning so I decided I would drive Chili this afternoon and it's pouring and thunderstorming now. Can't win. I had my last PT today. I took my pain meds per usual but I guess it had been too long since lunch because it made me really drunk and sick. Ended up throwing up in the middle. Made it to the bathroom, thank goodness. What a way to end. I started feeling bad on the way and the only thing DH had in the car was those donut dunking stick things which probably just made it worse but I thought I had to eat something. Came home and went to bed. Drinking a hot chocolate protein now and feeling a little better. Not how I planned on spending my day.

I made a lemon tea to take with me to PT but it is in the frig. Can't think about drinking something cold right now. And on top of it all, my personal blender finally died and I have to get another. No shakes for me.

L & D: chicken stir fry over pasta (the server accidently used white pasta not whole wheat - ugh - but I was at lunch and didn't
have time to have him remake it all) Ate about 1/4 of it at lunch and 1/4 of it at dinner
