I love cooked cabbage anyway at all.  I cook it with just some water and season with a little soy sauce. Throw in some leftover meat, chicken, pork and it's lunch.  DH doesn't like it but is ok with it in soup.

Take 3 strips of bacon fry up in a pan until crisp.  remove.  put 1 chopped onion in the drippings and saute.  add cabbage and 1 cup water, cover until cabbage is soft.  Crumble bacon and add to the cabbage.  Delicious. I'm not even that nuch of a cabbage lover but this is perfect.

 Hello!

I haven't posted in forever. But I think I need some accountability. So I'm going to start posting here with you guys! :). I'm not sure what is the best way to do it. To start a post in the morning and edit it as the day goes on. Or post at night.  Any suggestions on what works best?
Michelle
