Hi!!! Found this fabulous protein bar for my DH but it only has 7 g Protein / 17 carbs / 10 sugar / 290 cals. SO not the best option for us. It's called Kind Plus pb & dark chocolate. I love cooked cabbage anyway at all. I cook it with just some water and season with a little soy sauce. Throw in some leftover meat, chicken, pork and it's lunch. DH doesn't like it but is ok with it in soup.
