I keep getting called tiny, never something I have heard in my life. I still have a hard time accepting compliments because I still dont see it. But the best NSV is wearing size 4 and smalls. I know I still dont see the difference but buying those sizes sure does make me feel good, and nothing I have ever been able to do being over weight my whole life.

In the past when I lost a lot of weight it really helped my mind and actually body images to mesh when I would look at photos of myself. Start clicking!

My husband needed my Drivers License for some reason and when he was giving it back he said 'it won't be long before you'll actually weigh less than what's on your DL but you'll need a new picture because you are looking like the girl I married 30 years ago'. For him to say that is a big deal ---a really big deal!

Tons of victories.....I love getting told I look like a "teenager" (let's face it, at my age getting called "younger" almost trumps "skinny"!)

~I LOVE the fact that all my summer clothes from LAST year still fit THIS year....I HAVE MAINTAINED!!! ( a very new concept for me!)

~ I love my perfect blood pressure, blood sugar, low cholesterol, and below average resting heart rate!!!

~I feel NORMAL.....I don't feel like the biggest person in the room, I don't feel self conscious about clothes or eating, I love shopping in the regular clothes (even the GIRLS dept occasionally )

~I'm proud that I am FINALLY a healthy example to my pre-teen daughter!

LIFE is good....I thank GOD daily for the opportunity of having this surgery!!
