Stall/new to lightweight board
I've been hanging out at the RNY board--which has been great, but I'm a lightweight. I need to loose a total of 90 pounds and now at 4 months out I've lost 42. I've been discouraged the past two weeks because the scale hasn't moved. I know it will and I'm not weighing every day. I'm just ready to loose again! Oh well, I'm glad to have found the lightweight board. Let me know if there is anything I can do to get the scale moving again.

Glad to meet you!!!
Have you been taking your measurements? Some of us have found that during the stalls is when we lose a lot of inches. Southernlady is right: up your protein (preferably with whey protein) for about 3 days and then drop back down. That might kick start you again.

Welcome aboard. Yep, increase your protein shakes, up the fluids and decrease the carbs. You've done a great job so far maybe your body is taking a short breather and will start back up soon.
