Low on Protien yesterday and High on the scales this morning! I never got all of my Protein drinks in yesterday because we shopped all day. My ankles were huge last night because of lack of fluids. A new day!! Enjoy your Sunday!

Was at Race for the Cure, and then car racing yesterday - so didn't get to post. I packed lots of protein yesterday, fruits & veggies with dip to snack on, although I did eat chips.
Today, just back from church and going to FIL's today, and back to another track tonight.
Brunch: sausage, 1/2 egg and cinnamon roll
D: not sure as we will be eating out. Am going to try and get some type of meat and non-starchy veggie
S: milk

Everyone have a great Sunday. I started reading the Hunger Games yesterday and haven't been able to put it down!

I know how you feel. I've had a couple of rough days with my eating. Getting back on track today. I cooked this afternoon so I would have prepared things to eat instead of finding whatever!

I'm in this weird mood where food all tastes off to me. It's as if nothing tastes as good as it used to. I can't decide if that's a real bummer or something I hope sticks around indefinitely. This could explain why the scale is moving when I'm not making any effort.
