Yum, I just had a Peppermint Pattie protein shake that's the best shake I've had to date. I'm sure I could make it better with cool whip, pudding pwdr, etc, but for an easy delicious drink this is it!
1 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Chocolate Fude Pudding
1 cup milk
1/8 cup SF Torani Peppermint
1/2 T cocoa pwdr
ice and water to fill large bullet cup
Put in the cup and whiz around in the bullet for Chocolate Peppermint yumminess!
Roz your post in M&M where you said you were having a Matrix Chocolate Peppermint shake gave me the idea. I got some SF syrups today at World Market. Can't wait to try the Chocolate with the Raspberry syrup tomorrow.

here is a recipe I use for another great shake - I dont measure the syrup in fractions of a cup, I go by tablespoons.
Chocolate Monkey
8 ounces of Milk - I use FF lactaid
2 tablespoons SF chocolate syrup from torani
5 or 6 ice cubes
1 1/2 scoops of chocolate protein powder - I use ProPerformance from GNC - 100% Whey Protein (also comes in Isolate for an extra 12 grams of protein)
2 tablespoons of SF chocolate pudding powder from Jello
1 sliced banana
Put it all in a blender for about 45 seconds until smooth - no more ice or banana chunks. Sometimes, needs additional 15 seconds. Pour into large cup - atleast 20 ounces and you get a delicious chocolate milk shake with 45 grams of protein (57 if you use Whey Isolate) - I just use the regular whey protein. It is absolutely delicous. You can change around the flavors - substitute differennt syrups, different pudding powders and protein powders. Also, add more fruit or differnt fruit - whatever you can tolerate. For less protein use 1 scoop, for more protein add 2 scoops.
You can get the torani syrups in some super walmarts, different health food stores or online. Shop carefully because prices really vary.
I have tried the chocolate torani(use all the time) and the banana which is very sweet. the caramel and marshmallow are too sweet. I need to try a couple of others.
