Just checking in....
Hello everyone!!!
I'm home from Mexico....surgery was Tues morning. Don't have much memories of most of that day, but I started walking that evening and did 7 trips up and down the hall at different time!!! The walking helped so much!!
Ended up driving home (13 hours) on Thurs and Friday...lots of stopping to walk thru out!! I'm home and doing great. No pain or nausea. Struggling to get ll my fluids in, but getting close.
Last night my parents, DH, and kids all sat down to eat a big meal and I just sat there talking and entertaining the group with my adventure. Strange that my head TELLS me I should be hungry, as I haven't eaten for 4 days, but even as I sat there I'm just not hungry!!
So excited to see where this journey takes me!!! Thanks again for all the support!!

My DH drove us home...the first day I slept mmost of the trip in the backseat...except when we had to stop for waking of course!! LOL
The second day I rode in the passenger seat the rest of the drive. Was so very glad to get home!!
