Menus and Miles Thursday April 19th
I use a blender ball cup. put in 8 ox of coconut beverage. mix together a scoop of cchoc protein powder and a half scoop of unsweet cocoa powder. mix that well dry then add to the cup. put the shaker ball on top and seal and shake really good.
To answer a previous question< I use So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut beverage or Trader Joes unsweetened cocoanut beverage. I find them with the almond milk.

Small pouch day I guess. Didn't take much to fill me up.
B protein decaf, protein pudding with sf Cool Whip
L steak and eggs with home fries (had a few bites) most of the eggs and a few bites of the steak
D Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf Cool Whip, Nut Thins, Laughing Cow cheese wedge. This was supposed to be a snack but I didn't get around to dinner.
