I can't say no to anyone and sometimes I really regret always putting myself last. I think having my surgery was the only time that I've ever put myself first.

Yaseem posted the recipe last week. I love it. I substitute splenda for sugar, use low fat cream cheese, greek yogurt instead of sour cream and egg whites in a carton so not sure what the totals are. Here is the link to her post.

I put 1 tbls of sugar free chocolate chips in mine.

I didn't post here yesterday - worked and had a late night.
I have had a nice relaxing day - walked this AM, had Vitamin D checked as it had been sky high and they took me off it - curious what it is now, grocery shopped and went to consignment store. It is just beautiful here today.

S: South beach whipped peanut butter bar - tasted wonderful!

I'm not a drinker but others have regreted drinking that first beer. I guess it would be like me taking my and Diet Pepsi (haven't had one yet). Drinking and snacks just go to well together.

I tried the hungry girl flat out flat bread that someone posted a few weeks ago, YUMMY !! I could only eat 1/4 but it is delicious ! I also tried a new protein bar that Wal Mart is carrying, it's my new fav !
