You did do a good job!  I do all of my picking as soon as I get home...  I would love it if someone would have dinner ready for me.

I saw your post to Linda about being tired of the Protein drinks.  Maybe you just need some variety.  Have you tried the SF flavoring syrups.  The change things up a little.  I never seem to get tired of my Lemon Tea.  Every once in a while I put a little crystal lite in it but not often.

Good Job so far today!

Thanks Roz, happy Thursday.

Quite a while ago I stocked up on Syntrax which was my favorite during my WL phase. So I have chocolate, peach, Twisted Cherry, vanilla, and one other, mocha? I know there's 5 different ones. Also I rememebered yesterday that I used to LOVE Click. So I reached in the back of the cupboard and I have some of that left too. When I need a booster this afternoon I brough some with me to work. I made a chocolate this AM and poured it in with my leftover coffee and drank that in the car on my way to work which is what I used to do. I didn't feel like breakfast until 10 AM. My pouch is defininately still there. I used to LOVE my pouch. I never, not once regretted my surgery. I miss that full feeling after 5 bites of food! LOL!! So now, I just need to stay on track, eat smart instead of choosing those bad carbs like you warn about. Oh, yup, I've got about 5 different flavors of DaVinci SF syrups. So I've got my supplies, just stopped using them. I want to lose 10 pounds. I keep you guys posted one pound at a time!!!

Do you lke the peach?  It made me gag.  I sent it to one of Gina's friends.  I hope she liked it.

I truly believe the only way to succeed is to up your Protein drinks and cut back on "bad" carbs.  You need to eat though so don't skip meals.

I bake 2 pkg of chicken breasts in the oven w a couple cans of ff broth and take it out and shred w two forks. I add 1/2 can cream of chicken soup and some of the broth back in and tons of pepper. My DH likes it with BBQ and wraps and on a bun. I like it in a bowl. It is so good!!!
