I'ver been in Tryon, NC - Columbus SC. Just got home. We had a great clinic on Thurs and Fri and did the Carriage Parade at the Steeplechase today.

Hi everyone. I was feeling better from my headaches for a few days. I still had it but it was more bearable or I thought maybe I was getting used to it but today it came back in it's full glory. I am glad I have an appointment with the pain doctor next week, not to mention a pain psychologist and a neurologist coming up.
Thought I would check in with my food to keep myself accountable.
B protein decaf, protein pudding with sf Cool Whip
L Wendy's baked potato with chili, cheese and onions
D protein meatloaf
S sf hard candy
S protein pudding with sf Cool Whip
S popcorn with butter, maybe if I'm hungry
S protein oatmeal sf chocolate chip cookie if I am still hungry
Also throughout the day I had hot decaf tea with milk, maybe another cup of milk total
I'm not tracking on myfitnesspal right now. I guess I don't want to know how many calories I am taking it. Last time I checked it was over 2100 and it freaked me out so I'm just going to keep an eye on the scale and not the calories.

I only check my totals about once a month. I weigh myself every day and I can also tell in my dress pants if I need to watch for a couple of days.
Seeing 2100 probably did freak you out but as long as you are maintaing then that must be a good number for you. I have to stick around 1300 to maintain.
