I was thinking it was shredded chicken. I love the smell of coffee but I don't like the taste. I hope you like the Click. That would be an easy way to get some good protein in.

Glad to hear your game was fun and it sounds like the girls figured it all out. We are a VERY competitive family so it was hard for us to watch, DH has always coached the girls teams and at 60 yrs. old he still plays on several ball teams and goes to tournaments. Our 3 DD's were all good at sports and 2 of them now coach 13 successful all-star cheerleading teams. Coaching is my youngest DD's livelihood. I'm hoping next week the soccer program will be a little more organized.

NC must be famous for all kinds of things....BQ, stew, ?.  Today is my day for stupid questions...LOL.

Does NC stand for the state or is that a company?  I always thought it was a state.

Rainy cold day here.  I've been stuck at the computer working most of the day but I have gotten some stuff done.  Trailer is packed with everything but the pony for the long weekend.  The clinician is a sleever so I am making Linda's pizza chips for supper, yum.  Made a ham and cheese quiche for breakfast tomorrow.  Still need to pack my protein for the trip.

decaf protein coffee  35g
egg, turkey bacon
leftover beef stirfry
chicken, cauliflower soup
protein hot chocolate  23g
pizza chips
protein shake  35g

They are very yummy.  I didn't write down the reciepe, per usual, but this is what I did

1 pk  shredded itialian cheeses, low fat if you can find it
1 pk  shredded low fat motzerella cheese
1 pk  sausage topping
1 pk  hamburger topping
1/3 pk turkey pepperoni
1T or more italian seasoning
1T powdered onion
1t powdered garlic

I cut the meat up finer and dice the pepperoni.  Mix everything together.  Scoop 1/4c servings on to parchment paper and bake at 350 for about 15min.  taste like the cheesey top from a pizza with no crust.  Linda uses pizza sauce to dip hers in but I eat mine straight.

Yum!  Gotta try it when I get to this stage!

How many do you eat of these for a serving?
When you say a package of sausage and hamburger topping, are these precooked packs you can buy out there?
Any guess on nutritional stats per serving?

So many questions, so new to the game!

Thanks for taking the time to write this all out for me, I know you are getting ready to go out of town!

I use a heaping 1/4c measure to make them and eat 2-3 at a meal.  I haven't tried to determine the stats on them but they are all protein so I guess you could weigh each one and say 10g per ounce which is somewhere inbetween the cheese and meat proteins?    Yes, in my store, the packets of sausage and ground beef are right with the pepperoni.
