Hi Roz,
I've got to work on next year's budget this afternoon. Part of it is due tomorrow to our largest funding agency and it is not looking good. Our health insurance is probably going to go up a ridiculous amount for employers and we may have to make some drastic changes over the next year... not fun.
Raining and gloomy here today so probably no exercise outside.

I don't know how I missed your post....SORRY!
My SIL's co-pay is $5,200 a year! They lost the baby last year and then had Phoenix this year and that was over $10,000 out of their house money they had to spend. Since their co-pay has been met for this year I want them to start looking around for another plan. I figured if they find one by October it should start up in Jan.
Sounds good Linda! Thanks again for posting the cheesecake recipe for me!

I think you are being too hard on yourself! What's your doc say about how many calories you're eating? What do the scale and your clothes say? Is it working for you? How does it look compared to how you used to eat? Looks pretty healthy and reasonable to me! I'm new but your cals and protein are about where my doc wants me to be eventually.
Hi Laurie,
First of all congrats on your very recent surgery!!!
I was good yesterday. I have really lost my mind over what my goal was having WLS and I have gained a lot. Mostly eating those bad dangerous carbs that Roz warns about. But even after a day of being "on track" it appears to me I'm eating way more than others on maintenance, yet I agree with you that it seems proper. I'm going to give this the old college heave ho again, with the help from each of you, cause Lord knows I need help. When I would come to OH every day, I was golden. I need each of you. On to another day.
Mari
