Hi,
Roz hope you and DH stay well.

I had not thought about updating my meals after my original post. Will try and remember that.

Well I have done a little celebrating today - but back on track now.

B: protein shake
S: sweet & salty nut mix
L: western omelet, hash browns, pancakes (did not eat all of that of course, but it was delish! i know i should not use food as a reward ). most of it is lunch for DH tomorrow
D: steak i think & veggies
S: probably milk - not sure yet

Totals so far - pro 100; carbs 82

Glad you got back on track.  I had a western omelet on Sunday and I couldn't eat much of it and then got hungry soon after.  It was really filling. Next time we eat breakfast out I think I'll just get oatmeal.

Sounds like a good protein day with good carbs!

Ran 6 miles on Sunday, so yesterday and today are my day of rest.  Will run Wednesday then lay off until the 4mile run on Saturday.

B: 1TBSP peanut butter on double fiber wheat bread
S: protein coffee
S: 1/2 banana
L: boarsehead turkey and cheese on one slice double fiber wheat bread + apple
S: 1/2 banana
D: steak
S: SF popsicles

What cocnut beverage do you use?  I love coconut.  I've tried the SF syrup but I don't really care for it.

Hi Roz.  Usually in the mornings I'm not hungry - for some reason today I was STARVING.  I held off until lunch... then...

Wasn't happy with the scale today either.

Perhaps when I feel like that I should have a piece of wheat toast with my low fat PB.  See if that takes care of it.  Usually when I eat early in the day I get hungry earlier...

B - coffee
L - Potbelly's skinny BMT on wheat.  Glad that's it because if it was a bigger sandwich I'd have eaten more.  I figured today was a "no restriction" day.
S - the rest of them darned bite size chocolates - they're gone now
D - 5 pieces of frozen chicken nuggeet stuff.

Vits:  yes
WAter:  not as good as it could have been

I'm not an early morning eater either but if for some reasonif  I eat late at night I wake up starving.  During the week I'm too rushed to get the grandkids to the bus and then get to work on time to eat but on the weekends I always have Oatmeal when the hungries kick in early. If I start the day off with "bad" carbs I'm done for.

My scale still jumps up and down.  I've been trying to see 115 again but the scales keep saying 117-118.  I'm blaming in on the war weather.  I keep reminding myself that's where the scales stayed all summer long and then the dropped in the fall.

How's you job going?  Is being away from you family having anything to do with what you are eating?
