Well I have done a little celebrating today - but back on track now.

Ran 6 miles on Sunday, so yesterday and today are my day of rest. Will run Wednesday then lay off until the 4mile run on Saturday.

Wasn't happy with the scale today either.
Perhaps when I feel like that I should have a piece of wheat toast with my low fat PB. See if that takes care of it. Usually when I eat early in the day I get hungry earlier...
B - coffee
L - Potbelly's skinny BMT on wheat. Glad that's it because if it was a bigger sandwich I'd have eaten more. I figured today was a "no restriction" day.
S - the rest of them darned bite size chocolates - they're gone now
D - 5 pieces of frozen chicken nuggeet stuff.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

My scale still jumps up and down. I've been trying to see 115 again but the scales keep saying 117-118. I'm blaming in on the war weather. I keep reminding myself that's where the scales stayed all summer long and then the dropped in the fall.
How's you job going? Is being away from you family having anything to do with what you are eating?
