I hit my fantasy goal today!!!
Hi!

When I weighed in this AM at WW, my weight was 134.4! My "fantasy goal" was 135#. I cannot wait for my surgeon's appointment next week.

Yay!!!

I know maintenance is the hardest part. I am so grateful for this board for all the knowledge, support, and friendship.

Thanks everyone!

Way to go...you still have losing time yet available to you. Because maintenane is such a different animal, I tried to follow what I read on a post several years ago..."lose as much as you can as fast as you can" it makes maintenance easier. I wish I had fully followed that rule...if I had I would be living where I want to be living. I am still working on living at my fantasy goal. I was 5 pounds away from it Sunday.
Hurray Hurray. Just keep on keeping on unless you are at the bottom of the normal BMI. I never thought I would be here, but am and it has given me a little more leaway for bouncing around.
