Hi Roz & everyone!



Well since I worked the weekend, I'm glad to be home. I am working on some of my case studies, etc for my classes - it is taking a lot longer than I had planned. Oh well - I'm almost done and decided to check in for a break.



Weather is OK here.



B: egg, toast (low carb)milk (not with meal) carbs-21: pro - 17

S: Syntrax tea 23

L: apple with peanut butter carbs-22: pro -4

S: milk and not sure what else???

P.S. Found out my husband told friends this weekend, he thinks I have lost too much weight and need to STOP!!! Wow - I was very surprised at that. Don't know what to think although I'm happy to stay in 130's.

My DH kept telling me I was losing to much too but I think it's because it happens so fast and they haven't had time to adjust to our new look. Don't let others opinions stop you from getting to the weight your body wants to settle at. My worst mistake was going on maintenance to soon!

Now that I have been maintenance for awhile he never tells me he wants me to gain anything back and he seems really happy where I am.

Where are the carrot crisp located in the store??  Sounds like something I would like.  How do the carbs/calories look?

one of my coworkers brought them to me, she said she got them from Sam's in the snack aisle.  They have 70 calories and 16 carbs.

Gail lives in OK City and I was watching the weather maps all weekend for her. Early morning Sunday was a scary looking map but I should let her tell it. Swung lizards all weekend for her.

Spectacular weather here and I drove Chili this morning.  He was a very good boy.  Hopefully we will be ready for the show by May 5-6.  It is suppose to rain tomorrow but we aren't going to get the severe weather that the middle of the country had.
