I tried the Edamame but they really upset my pouch.

Microwave Cheesecake?

Sounds good!

Did someone say cheesecake?  What's microwave cheesecake?

Also you gals that love your lemon tea protein drink, tell me why you like it so much.  I'm an ice tea drinker, but I'm really picky about it--yes you might call me a snob!  It has to be freshed brewed or I can taste the difference and won't drinking it.  My sisters are like this too--our husbands just roll their eyes!  We'll blame it on my Mom who was from Texas and the fresh brewed iced tea that was always in the fridge.

Yaseem posted the recipe last week.  I love it.  I substitute splenda for sugar, use low fat cream cheese, greek yogurt instead of sour cream and egg whites in a carton so not sure what the totals are.  Here is the link to her post.

Here is how I make my Protein lemon tea.  If you don't like sweet tea you probably won't like it.

I put 1 stick of crystal lite lemon tea in a 20 oz blender bottle, fill with water and put one scoop of Syntrax Nectar lemon tea protein powder - shake really good, let the foam settle for a few minutes, add crushed ice and enjoy!!  Sometimes I get an unsweetened tea from Sonic add sweet & low and mix the protein powder with it(In Blender bottle pour out some tea add protein and shake good - then pour back into tea.  I'm sure you could mix it with fresh brewed tea also.  When I use my tea, it is decaf.

Thanks I went and checked out the cheesecake, can't wait to get to the next stage.  I was feeling totally blah about what to eat today, so decided I would do a protein drink taste test.  I have a girlfriend who lives close and is a stay at home Mom who is about to start drinking lots of protein drinks and I called her and presto she came over!  Way more fun than experimenting by myself!

I tried the protein lemon tea with fresh brewed tea.  My girlfriend loved it!  Me not so much as it tastes too much like instant tea for me.

I really liked the nectar Roadside Lemonade though and we even tried making Arnold Palmers, which my friend loved.

Thanks...I guess my technical issue has carried over.  So sorry...I know it is frustrating when my comments post that way.  Hopefully this will not occur any time soon.

It does that for me all the time. I thought I accidentally blocked you or something.  LOL!  I couldn't figure out how I did it or how to undo it.  Glad to know I can quit trying to figure it out.
