I am on vacation in a very different culture.  It can go either way.  I will lose a lot because I can't find anything to eat or I will gain because I found too much! LOL I am always up for an adventure.

Can we say bouncing?  It was just 116.0 and I have been in the 115 range all week.  Oh well, keep on keeping on.  I'd be happier at 115.

We can say "bouncing". I know what you mean about being at a certain weight but as long as you are in your range, you are doing great.

Last week 105.2
This week 104.2
Total change - 1

This seems to be my new happy place.  I have noticed that people are no longer looking at me in shock and I can't remember the last time someone asked me what was wrong with me so either they are getting used to seeing me at this size or I am looking better.  Most of my clothes seem to fit ok, too.  I think I am going through some redistribution.  I can live where I am at but I won't mind if I gain a few either but not making major changes.  I noticed I am eating more so I think it will just happen naturally.

I'll bet you are hearing the same things now...don't lose too much, you are getting too low.  I guess it's just such a big change to go from being seen as morbidly obese to being thin.  It probably takes others as much as it does us, time to get used to it.

What I get is "you don't need to lose any weight" and "where are you FAT??? You look great to me".

That's why I figure that 120-125 is my range, and I don't EVER want to see 135 on my scale again!
