Hi Liz

Think last time I checked in I was 131 - 134 this morning.  Not surprised, but somewhat disappointed.  I've been bloated and gassy all week.  This morning it finally went away and I was hoping the scale would show...

Jody, you'll get back on track...moving and getting settled in wrecks havoc with our schedule.

I had my 6 months  check up with Kaiser this past week and all my labs were right on target. The doctor said I should only loss another 10 lbs.   I complained that I have 10 lbs of belly fat and more to lose.  He said after 18 months post op Kaiser will remove that belly flap for me.  Not a "real" tummy tuck,  just removal of the belly flap/fat.  It would be nice not to have your belly hang out and under your panties or bathing suit - but who but my husband will ever see this?  I'm feeling a little selfesh because I'd love to have it gone, just don't know if it's worth the seriousness of another surgery.  Your thoughts?

I would pay the difference and have a real tummy tuck, where they tighten your abdominal muscles as well. You're lucky that Southern CA will cover the panni removal. Northern CA doesn't cover anything.
