I worked today and we had Chinese for lunch - but I don't think I did too bad.

L & D: General Tso's chicken and fried rice - not sure of amounts, but with both meals don't think I had even 1/2 of the serving.
S: Syntrax lemon tea (it is good!) 2 scoops today
S: Milk - and probably something else later now that I'm home, but not sure if I will have anything else or not.
