WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Sorry I'm late, but it doesn't look like many's been on today.  Dreary day here and I'd love to take a nap. 

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Hi Everyone!

Roz - hope you had a nice nap.

I worked today and we had Chinese for lunch - but I don't think I did too bad.

B: Jay Robb chocolate protein & milk
L & D: General Tso's chicken and fried rice - not sure of amounts, but with both meals don't think I had even 1/2 of the serving.
S: Syntrax lemon tea (it is good!) 2 scoops today
S: Milk - and probably something else later now that I'm home, but not sure if I will have anything else or not.

Totals: 820 Calories 78 Carbs 9 fat 101 protein 3 fiber

I am back at work again tomorrow - will check in tomorrow night.

Miles:  4.1 mile run/jog this morning - walked at the mall tonight

Went to the farm where the show will be and painted this morning, then to the trainer where Chili is and drove him.  Home and out to dinner for DH birthday.  I'm pooped.  Tomorrow is a practice day for the show and then I will bring Chili home from the trainers.  I've been missing him and will be happy to have him back home.  So will Poppy.
