WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Need to get back to basics. Been grazing, not planning, its not been good.
But today is a new day, and I got my little notebook out to journal away! Need to plan for the weekend at work too, packing all my meals for work.

Hi Roz,
I did not even realize today was Friday the 13th until I read your post and I've been writing the date all day...

I didn't even post yesterday, by the time I got home I was so far off track.  I decided to finish off the bad day and start again today.  So far so good.  Back to my routine at work today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1 Pizza Chip, Turkey Pepperoni, Pizza Sauce, Wedge of Laughing Cow Lite Cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Crab cake, salad with rasp vineg dressing
S:  cheesecake in a mug - very good - thanks Yaseem
S:  Graham Cracker w/ Peanut Butter

Vitamins:   Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs so far
Miles:  Not sure about today.

Beautiful day here.  One of my families had a state inspection and it went great with them scoreing 100%, yahoo.  Came home to finish the billing the drove Poppy.  So far, I have stayed away from the cake and candy too today, but I added another protein drink.

fuzzy navel  23g

fish, ???
protein shake  35g

the bean soup is great.  I used a large can of black beans, onions, celery, garlic, a can of tomatoes, sage sausage, chicken and beef broth, tvp, spinach.  yummm

Glad to hear you are winning the sugar war!!  Awesome about the 100% score!  What kind of inspection was it?

Good Menu!  Your soup sounds like the Tuscan Soup at Applebees (minus the tomatoes)

It was a home inspection to ensure the home the client is living in is safe so they look at smoke detectors, water temp, all the staff training, criminal records, etc.  It's an annual inspection. 

The soup isn't really very tomato y.  Not like a spagitti sauce, just a few tomatos to give it a little more flavor.  It was similar to theirs.
