WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

HAPPY EASTER!!!!!   I woke up this morning to a "million" OH posts today....YEAH!!!!   It propbably took AOL longer to catch up....it's so darn slow! 

GoinGg over to watch DGD#3 find her basket and then home to watch DGS#1 find his.  DH and I are sooooooo Blessed!

You crack me up with the ham.    At least around here, you can buy a single thick cut slice.  It would be several meals for you but you could get your ham fix more than 1x a year.

We had a great time with the DGD's easter egg hunting and a great lunch with family.

Hi Roz!  Going to post today..

B - coffee
L - ham, cheesy potatoes, fruit salad, a roll (yes a REAL one),green beans and for dessert key lime pie.  This is the most sugary, carby meal I've had in a LONG time
D - 3 pieces of chicken (small nugget size, no breading)
S - leftover breakfast mix (eggs/veggies/sausage)

I've decided I'm tired of protein coffee.  Think I'll have my regular coffee in the  morning and take on of my fruity Nectar drinks to drink in the car on the way  Nice change for spring!
